With fifteen years of practical experience as a strength and conditioning coach, I have worked with a multitude of athletes male and female, able-bodied and disabled, from Development to Podium level. This has included employment with National Federations, Home Country Institutes, Professional sports teams and highly motivated individual athletes. This experience has given me a great insight into the training required to achieve athletic development, peak physical conditioning and successful sports performance.
My training philosophy has continued to evolve throughout my career although central to my work is the need for individualized and systematic athletic development. Allied to this is the importance of developing the values, beliefs and behaviours key to success in any academic, business or athletic pursuit. I strongly believe in an athlete centred approach to development, driven by a dedicated, knowledgeable and integrated support network.
